A Farewell Recital

Saturday, August 19th, 2023      7:30PM

Join us at Resonance at Soma Towers for a special solo piano recital, as we bid farewell to our beloved venue.  Pianist Irwin Shung presents Schubert's final piano sonata, a poignant composition from the last year of the composer's life.

Schubert was haunted by melodies during his final sickness, many of which seem to call from the great beyond.  As we say goodbye to our current home, we eagerly anticipate finding a new venue in which we can continue our musical journey. We hope you will join our celebration of all that we accomplished even while we look forward to the future with excitement and gratitude.
